David was on point with his knowledge of the local market. He knew exactly at what price point he could get our house to sell that would benefit us with maximum gain and still attract buyers. In less than 3 days of the house being on the market we had a lot of great offers and were under contract to sell with the best one that benefited us. Anything we needed David was on it right away including looking for our next great home which he discovered for us based on our preferences. It wasn't even on the market yet so the first day it came available (BOOM!!) we were on it and we beat out 3 other offers thanks to his knowledge of the local market and how we could field a competitive offer that assured we'd win but we wouldn't overpay. He was on point with everything.
