David has been an extremely helpful part of our selling and buying process, as our life transitioned quite radically. We sold our home in a subdivision and then bought land to build a house on, and David was with us every step of the way. From the day he came to meet us, he was honest and direct but also reassuring and encouraging. The Real Estate market is not easy to navigate in the best of times, and 2021-2022 do not fall into that category. But David was able to steer us in the best direction in every scenario, while also going along with our wants, needs, and new ideas. He will be a polite ambassador on your behalf, but if need be he will also go to bat for you when the other party starts talking crazy. 10/10 would recommend.
